Gaurav Rajkumar Chopra (“we”) collects only what is needed to sell and run Video Grabber.
What we collect
- When you buy: your email address, the order and payment IDs, and the amount. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
- When you use the extension: a random ID created by the extension for your browser, your license key, and the times you start free downloads. This is how one-browser licensing and free limits work.
We do not collect the pages you visit, the videos you download, or your browsing history. Downloads happen entirely on your computer.
How we use it
To deliver your license key, check that a license is used on one browser at a time, apply free limits, and answer support requests. We do not sell or share your data, except with the providers that run the service: Razorpay (payments), Google Firebase (hosting and database) and Resend (sending your key).
Your choices
Email contact@aivaani.com to get a copy of your data or have it deleted. Deleting it also deactivates your license.
