Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Video Grabber Pro is a digital license that is delivered instantly, so all purchases are final and non-refundable, and an order cannot be cancelled after payment. Please use the free plan to check that the extension works with the sites you need before you buy.
Exceptions
We will refund you in full if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order, or
- you paid but never received a license key and we could not deliver one within 7 days of you contacting us.
Email contact@aivaani.com with your payment ID. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and the related license key is revoked.
