Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Gaurav Rajkumar Chopra, an individual based in Surat, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”), for the Video Grabber browser extension (the “extension”), this website, and the Video Grabber Pro license. By installing or using the extension, clicking Accept in it, or buying a license, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Video Grabber.

1. What Video Grabber does

The extension detects video and audio that your browser plays on web pages and lets you save a copy to your computer. Downloads happen inside your own browser. We don’t host, store, provide or index any videos.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you. If you use Video Grabber for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. Your responsibility for what you download

Video Grabber is for lawful use only. You alone decide what to download and how to use it, and you are responsible for that. In particular:

Video Grabber does not bypass DRM, encryption or other copy-protection technology, and you must not use it, or try to modify it, to do so.

4. Free plan

The extension is free to use with a limit on how many videos you can download in a period of time (currently shown in the extension and on this website). We may change free limits and features at any time.

5. Pro license

6. Payment and refunds

Prices are in Indian rupees and include any taxes shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

7. Things you must not do

8. Third-party software

The extension includes open-source software, including ffmpeg.wasm (GPL-2.0-or-later) for joining video and audio into one file. Each component is covered by its own license, listed in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt file inside the extension. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we never see the pages you visit or the videos you download.

10. Changes and availability

Websites change how they deliver video, so we can’t promise that every site will work. We may update, change or discontinue the extension or these terms. If the terms change in an important way, the extension will ask you to accept them again.

11. No warranty and limit of liability

Video Grabber is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you use downloaded content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Video Grabber at any time by removing the extension. We may suspend or end your access, including revoking a license, if you break these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Surat, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
